This is for each and every patient who feels uncomfortable when going to the gym and believes several untrue things like the fact that workout has to be exhausting and the equipment is not adequate and fit to their weight, but they are also concerned about how the others might look at them.
Your need to control your thoughts and shame and get focused, it is your goal that is important. The sooner you start, the sooner you will see the results and achieve your goal. You can always exercise at home, but having people around you keeps you motivated. In the end, this is why some weight loss surgery clinics have their gyms.

It will not be easy, but it will all be worthwhile
You need to realize that after all this sedentary life the extra body weight you have affects your body and if you suddenly start doing strenuous physical activity, than you can hurt your body. You need to start with easy exercises and increasing the difficulty as you progress. You also need to combine traditional exercises with other types and create a routine, so even if you are not exercising daily, 10 minutes could make the difference, as they will help you improve your help.
Persistence is the key
Some patients believe that is they are not exercising one hour per day, 5 days a week or even 7 days a week, they will not have the desired results. You need to realize that you have to exercise as much as you can, but you don’t have to exhaust your body and suffer the whole week afterwards. You need to take baby steps for healing your body and start well your weight loss journey.
